Easy-pilot is looking for Instructors for EASA License conversion courses.You will participate in the development of an essential department in the instruction of student pilots with a high level of requirement. Your tasks will be to:<ul><li>To train student pilots in the content of the elements necessary to obtain their EASA theory certificates as defined by the regulations and in accordance with the programs submitted,</li><li>To ensure the theoretical training courses according to the needs of the planning,</li><li>To propose possible amendments or evolutions of the course contents,</li><li>Ensure any teaching and support action for the students to maximize the success rate of the students.</li></ul>Selection criteriaMinimum requirements:<ul><li>EASA ATPL license </li><li>Or instructor rating with ATPL Theory certificate</li><li>Retired EASA captains are also welcome!</li></ul>An excellent level of English is a must.To successfully meet these criteria, you will also need to demonstrate:<ul><li>Excellent elocution skills,</li><li>Organizational skills,</li><li>A great deal of rigor and respect for procedures,</li><li>Reactivity and dynamism, always striving for pedagogical quality.</li></ul>
