We will entrust you to
- Support employees to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems
- Manage the full lifecycle of personnel administration, including documentation and information, for the departments under your responsibility
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in HR systems and personnel files
- Assist employees in navigating external and internal HR processes, regulations, and systems
- Provide timely updates to payroll on HR matters, ensuring effective communication
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a large size organization
- Data entry, process coordination, or project management experience preferred
- Experience with documentation or record
- Good knowledge of Labor Law
- Latvian and English language skills (writing and verbal)
- Detailed oriented, a high sense of responsibility and task management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel
As an advantage
- Previous experience working with Oracle system
