We will entrust you to

• Support employees to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems
• Manage the full lifecycle of personnel administration, including documentation and information, for the departments under your responsibility
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee information in HR systems and personnel files
• Assist employees in navigating external and internal HR processes, regulations, and systems
• Provide timely updates to payroll on HR matters, ensuring effective communication

What you will need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a large size organization
• Data entry, process coordination, or project management experience preferred
• Experience with documentation or record
• Good knowledge of Labor Law
• Latvian and English language skills (writing and verbal)
• Detailed oriented, a high sense of responsibility and task management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel

• Previous experience working with Oracle system
