ABOUT THE JOB

  • As a Cabin Crew member, you'll deliver exceptional customer service with a 'sales through service' mind-set. As a 'maker of happy' customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Your priority is the safety of our customers, implementing all safety, first aid and service procedures and being disciplined to follow these. You'll always be looking for opportunities to grow and develop.
  • A confident communicator, demonstrating emotional intelligence, adapting your style to quickly build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Committed and passionate, you'll enjoy working as a team to deliver results.
  • Flexible and adaptable, to embrace change and the unexpected, from roster adjustments to onboard emergencies, mastering new tech and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Your training will take place from February or March during weekends and school holidays, and you will start as a cabin crew during the summer months (from 1 July to 14 September). You will work for 9 weeks, giving you the opportunity to take 2 weeks off during the summer season.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service, previous customer focused experience is advantageous.
  • Motivated to complete training that covers Safety & Emergency procedures, First Aid, Service & Commercial skills and apply this knowledge in your role.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to understand, speak and write proficiently in English and Dutch or French and adjust your style when needed.
  • Capable of working in a team and on your own initiative, assessing situations, identifying solutions, making decisions and remaining calm under pressure.
  • Adaptable and positive to work in a role where every day is as different as the destinations you'll fly to, and the customers you'll meet.
