Tasks

Ensure coordination with various airport services (handling, catering, security, etc.)

-Monitor client files and anticipate needs based on flight specifics

-Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to address their requests

-Generate activity reports and analyze performance to propose improvements

-Participate in implementing procedures and processes to optimize service quality

-Stay updated on current regulations to ensure compliance with airport operations.

Requirements

HARD SKILLS :

Ability to manage emergency situations and make quick decisions

Communication skills to interact with pilots, crew members, staff, service providers, and authorities

Knowledge of air traffic management procedures

Skills in safety and quality management

Proficiency in technical aviation English

Ability to analyze and interpret meteorological and navigation data

Skills in flight planning and organizing air operations.

Ability to work under pressure

Good communication skills

Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative-taking abilities

Requirements:

Flight dispatcher - airline operations agent training

Experience: beginners accepted

Benefits

Compensation based on profile

Annual bonus equivalent to 1 month's salary

50% coverage of health insurance

50% coverage of transportation costs

Overtime paid and compensated at an increased rate

Work 39 hours per week, which is 169 hours in total. 17.33 hours are paid as overtime at a rate of 25%.
