Job Description
We are looking for A320 pilots who hold or have held Flight Instructor (FI(A)) certificates with Instrument Rating IR(A) instructional privileges or Instructors holding or having held an IRI(A) certification, to join our instructor team. This role offers a unique opportunity to train future pilots in the Basic Phase of the MPL program, with a clear career path to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI).

Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to train future pilots in the Basic Phase of the MPL program, with a clear career path to become a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI).
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction to MPL cadets in the Basic Phase of training.
- Conduct ground and flight training in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor cadets, ensuring they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with other instructors and training management to continuously improve training delivery.
The role we are offering you
- Pilots holding or having held the FI(A) with IR(A) instructional privileges or IRI(A) certification.
- A minimum of 1500 hours of experience in a multi-crew environment in the A320.
- Candidates with experience as copilots who previously worked as flight instructors and have since gained airline experience on the A320 are encouraged to apply.
- A strong desire to further develop a career in the training field with the potential to become an SFI or TRI in the future.
