Pinnacle is seeking an AH-1Z Instructor Pilot to provide classroom, simulation, and in-flight instruction on aircraft systems, planning considerations, and flight operations. The position will be located at the Czech Air Force Helicopter Base in Namest, Czech Republic.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct specialized training on Czech Republic H-1 aircraft, including classroom instruction, Flight Training Device (FTD) training, on-aircraft demonstrations, and/or on-aircraft task performance for each training event.
  • Ensure compliance at all times with safety, quality, and security measures, as well as Czech-specific air base rules and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Skills and Experience: AH-1Z Pilot with the following USMC qualifications/designations: Weapons Training Officer (WTO).
  • Functional Check Pilot (FCP).
  • Section Lead.
  • 750 total flight hours (minimum 500 hours in type).
  • Training experience with USMC courses of instruction and USMC H-1 Training and Readiness Manuals (T&R).
  • Ability to hold and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Willing to relocate to the Czech Republic during the in-country period of performance.
  • Relocation to the Czech Republic is required for the period of performance.
  • Must be willing to meet any COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
  • Must have a current, valid US Passport.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.

Desired Qualifications:
  • USMC experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current AH-1Z pilot.
  • Experience with DCMA INST 8210.1C.
  • Night Systems Instructor OR Night Systems Familiarization Instructor.
  • International Experience.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
