We are looking to hire for several full-time positions with a reputable air carrier in Montreal. They are seeking highly skilled Aircraft Mechanics with TC AME licenses (M, M1, M2, E, or S) to join their team in a permanent line maintenance position. As a licensed AME, you will perform all maintenance activities on B1900 and B737 aircraft to ensure their airworthiness in a line maintenance position.
In this position, you will perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft and engines, as well as the inspection of essential components such as electrical, avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics, engine systems, brakes, and controls.
You must comply with Transport Canada standards and the company's directions to fulfill the responsibilities described in the Manual. In addition, you must act and make decisions based on the safety of your coworkers and customers.What you do:

As a licensed AME, you will perform all maintenance activities on B1900 and B737 aircraft to ensure their airworthiness in a line maintenance position.

- Ensure that aircraft components have been appropriately installed/removed
- Inspect, repair, overhaul, and reassemble aircraft systems.
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and corrective action on aircraft defects.
- Document all work done and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain the hangars and ramps of commercial aircraft as well as oversee all maintenance activities
- All components mounted on aircraft should be appropriately certified
- Perform duties according to the appropriate maintenance control manual and comply with Transport Canada regulations
- Follow the company's training instructions
- Ensure compliance with the Safety Management System Policy
- Make sure the work environment is always clean and safe
- Assist in visually inspecting and assessing aircraft structures, systems, and equipment.
- Obtain materials and supplies by requisition.
- Must hold a valid Transport Canada AME license
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations
- Perform duties according to aircraft specifications and maintenance manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to the company's requirements
- A legal right to work in Canada
- A valid driver's license
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
