Job Title: Off-wing Fuel Tank Mechanic

Location: Europe (EU R2W Required)

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role: We are recruiting two highly skilled Off-wing Fuel Tank Mechanics to join our prestigious client's team. As an Off-wing Fuel Tank Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring aircraft fuel tank integrity, safety, and performance through maintenance, inspection, and repair. This position is perfect for candidates who have completed an apprenticeship and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in aircraft fuel tank maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft fuel tanks and associated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to aircraft fuel systems.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance, including cleaning and repairing components such as fuel pumps, lines, and seals.
  • Identify and correct structural problems, including repairing leaks and replacing damaged parts.
  • Comply with safety protocols, maintenance manuals, and aviation regulations to ensure all work meets the highest industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other aircraft maintenance personnel to ensure the smooth operation and safety of the aircraft.

Key Requirements:

  • Completion of an apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of practical, hands-on experience with aircraft fuel tanks.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft fuel systems, tanks, and fuel delivery mechanisms.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and meet physical demands of the job.
  • Willingness to follow safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
