Base Maintenance Manager

We are excited to be assisting one of our Clients in Cyprus who are seeking a Base Maintenance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis!

You will be joining an EASA Part 145 MRO which provides Support and Services to Business Aviation.

Requirements:

• Minimum four years' experience in Base Maintenance Manager role, with a proven track record.
• Must be a holder of an EASA Form 4, or can demonstrate his/her Aircraft Maintenance Management experience within an approved organisation.
• Must be a holder of an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer License.
• Deep understanding of EASA Part-145 requirements and Human Factors
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Outstanding communication skills, coupled with flexibility and a solution-focused mindset.
• Eligibility for an air side pass is essential.
• High motivation, exceptional teamwork, and unwavering attention to detail are a must.
