Acts as Fly Jinnah's ambassador; strives to achieve customers' loyalty and to promote a positive corporate image at all times through enhancing the overall customers' experience. Ensures all needs of passengers including services, safety, security, comfort and wellbeing are catered by the Cabin Crew throughout the complete flight cycle. Ensures the Cabin Crew are ready and fit to fly is in line with set measures and company's adopted policies and procedures.

Ensures the Cabin Crew are ready and fit to fly is in line with set measures and company's adopted policies and procedures.
Experience, Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years of related working experience as a CC in any airline out of which 1 year preferably in the capacity of Sr. Cabin Crew/Cabin Supervisor; experience with low cost airline is a plus.
- Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
- Attested SSC (copy of mark Sheet & copy of certificate) / O-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- Attested HSC (copy of mark Sheet & copy of certificate) / A-Level - Equivalency Certificate Copy attestation
- (Notes: A/O Levels candidates are required to obtain separate equivalency of O-Level and A-Level along with attestation of each certificate copy, combined equivalency is not acceptable)
- Valid Passport holder.
- Valid CNIC holder
- Familiar with CA regulations, IATA principles & Standards, licensing, and SOPs, Flight Operations, Security, Safety & Ground Operations P&P.
- Active cabin crew license is a must.
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are a must.
- Fit to fly, has good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English Language, other languages are an advantage
