As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for energetic and motivated Flight dispatcher officers to reinforce our Operational Control Center department based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

Profile
We offer a full-time permanent position with an initial roster of 4 days on, 2 days off. The roster may be subject to changes according to the evolution of the department.
As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for energetic and motivated Flight dispatcher officers to reinforce our Operational Control Center department based in Sandweiler, Luxembourg, Luxembourg.
Job description
- Flight dispatch and operations control (preparation of flight plans, crew briefings, weather and NOTAM analysis).
- Flight monitoring and movement control of the fleet (tactical control of ATC flight plans, CFMU slot monitoring and gathering movements into the operational system).
- Airport and route analysis and feasibility checks to support commercial and flight operations department.
- Handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services.
- Collaborating with flight crew and ground handling staff.
- Adhere to AOC and company procedures.
- Coordinate activities and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Carefully monitor all flights and third-party services.
- Administrative duties relevant for flight dispatch department.
Profile
- Flight Dispatcher Certificate.
- Good knowledge of Flight operations in the business aviation industry.
- Familiar with Air ops regulations.
- Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts + weekends & holidays.
- Proactive personality with strong organizing skills, team-oriented, flexible approach.
- Logical thinking, accuracy, a high sense of responsibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and to deliver under pressure.
- Customer-oriented, positive attitude and willingness to do the extra mile.
