The role involves planning assistance and reporting preparation regarding the organizing and management of projects related to aircraft transitions, ensuring accurate and timely awareness is given to all stakeholders and the transitions are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating fleet transition projects.
  • Support the development of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments internally as well as with external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year previous experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple parallel projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to summarize and present complex situations for C-level management.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of aviation industry standards and practices will be a plus.
