Position Summary
Step into an exciting role where you'll take ownership of avionics maintenance, modifications, and defect resolution for a diverse range of aircraft. With your expertise, you'll help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Your mission
- Take Responsibility: Execute, oversee, and inspect maintenance tasks within your license scope.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure work is performed accurately, recorded in SAP, and completed on time.
- Ensure Safety: Comply with all safety regulations, EHS policies, and internal processes.
- Stay Organized: Keep job cards, time sheets, and communication channels up to date daily.
- Problem Solve: Identify and report defects, raising hazard and proactive reports as needed.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with team leads, supervisors, and project core teams.
- Drive Efficiency: Support the team by assisting co-workers and taking on additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Technical degree (associate degree or 3 years of technical education).
- Holder of EASA Part-66 B2 license, with relevant Gulfstream Type Rating(s).
- Minimum of two years' experience as Aircraft Avionics Technician.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance documentation, and aviation regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with SAP ERP or similar systems.
- Strong technical English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Effective communicator and team player with proactive mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work shifts and adapt to dynamic schedules (including support AOG's off-base).
