Requirements:
- Completed technical education or apprenticeship (e.g., in aviation technology, mechanical engineering, metalworking, or similar)
- Hands-on experience in metalworking, including proficient use of lathes, milling, and tube-bending machines
- Proven welding skills with valid welding certificates
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a strong advantage, particularly in structural repairs or component maintenance
- Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings and maintenance documentation (e.g., SRM, CMM)
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure, especially in AOG situations
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (technical English is required)
- Basic computer skills; experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., AMOS) is a plus
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Category B driving license is an advantage

Tasks:
- Perform metal structure repairs on aircraft and components following maintenance repair instructions with precision.
- Assess damages in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, including the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
- Manufacture bushings and bearings using lathe machinery to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Create fuel tubes, hoses, and drain tubes on the tube-bending machine to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct welding and weld repairs on various aircraft components, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
- Produce specialized tools using lathe and milling machines to enhance maintenance capabilities.
- Ream bore lugs and install bushings and bearings as part of essential component maintenance.
- Execute maintenance and repairs on shop-related aircraft components according to the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), including Yaw Dumpers, spring rods, and latches.
- Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repairs effectively under time-sensitive conditions to minimize aircraft downtime.
