Please be aware that for our non-type rated B737 position, you can only apply for one base, either Schiphol (TUI fly Netherlands) or Brussels (TUI fly Belgium). If you submit duplicate applications, the second one will not be considered. If you are interested in the other base as well, please indicate this during the Assessment Centre.

About the job
As a First Officer at TUI fly Belgium, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of our passengers. Working alongside our experienced Captains, you will be responsible for adhering to the highest standards of aviation safety and customer service. With the variety of roles we offer outside of flying, there are manu opportunities to further define and advance your career path within TUI fly.

About the training
Upon successful completion of the selection process, you will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course at TUI fly Belgium, providing you with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a B737 aircraft. Following the successful completion of your type rating, you will commence your line training.

For this year, TUI fly has decided to cover the cost of the type rating course, providing an excellent opportunity for aspiring commercial airline pilots.

The training courses are scheduled to begin at various dates spanning from July to December 2025.

About you

  • You possess a valid and recently obtained EASA frozen ATPL license, a valid IR/ME, MCC and an advanced UPRT certificate
  • You have a valid Medical Class 1 certificate
  • You have a valid EU passport and workpermit for Belgium
  • You are fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum)
  • Able to obtain your BAC (Brussels Airport Company) badge, in accordance with national requirements

  • Step 2: Digital Psychometric Assessment
  • Step 3: Assessment Centre - HQ Rijswijk
  • Step 4: Simulator Assessment - CAE Schiphol
  • Step 5: Psychological Assessment + alcohol- and drug test
