About the job
As a First Officer at TUI fly Netherlands, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of our passengers. Working alongside our experienced Captains, you will be responsible for adhering to the highest standards of aviation safety and customer service.

About the training
Upon successful completion of the selection process, you will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course at TUI fly Netherlands, providing you with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a B737 aircraft. Following the successful completion of your type rating, you will commence your line training.

For this year, TUI fly has decided to cover the cost of the type rating course, providing an excellent opportunity for aspiring commercial airline pilots.

The training courses are scheduled to begin at various dates spanning from September to December 2025.


About you

  • Fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum)
  • You possess a valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license, a valid IR/ME, MCC and an advanced UPRT certificate
  • You have a valid Medical Class 1 certificate
  • A valid EU passport and workpermit for the Netherlands
  • Able to obtain your VVGB (security background check)

  • Step 1: CV screening
  • Step 2: Digital Psychometric Assessment
  • Step 3: Assessment Centre - HQ Rijswijk
  • Step 4: Simulator Assessment - CAE Schiphol
  • Step 5: Psychological Assessment + alcohol- and drug test
