[What the role is]
Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) in CAAS play a critical role in maintaining Singapore's position as a leading international air hub. This unique profession requires passion for the field and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

[What you will be working on]
As a member of a specialised team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of air traffic at Changi and Seletar Airports, as well as throughout Singapore's bustling airspace. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology, you will direct air traffic with a keen focus on safety and operational efficiency.

• Tertiary qualifications
• Possess a keen interest in contributing to the nation's aviation sector
• Composed and able to respond decisively to dynamic situations in an operational environment
• Possess strong communication skills, and able to work effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task under pressure
• Medically fit to fulfil requirements of the role

We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified about the next steps of the selection process, which may include several rounds of online or in-person interviews and assessment tests. The entire selection process is expected to take place from Oct 2024 to early Jan 2025 and we strongly encourage interested applicants to submit their applications early.

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive training programme to acquire the essential competencies, following which they will be obligated to fulfil a 2-year training bond.

The upcoming round of training for successful candidates is scheduled to commence in early Mar 2025.
