Requirements:

• (at least) apprenticeship or technical college degree
• Experience with repairs or in production of metal structure and tooling would be an advantage
• Able to work independently and with accuracy
• Experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
• Team-oriented, flexible and able to cope with pressure
• Communicative personality
• Willingness for shift work (night and weekends)
• Readiness for further training
• English skills (written and spoken), German skills would be an advantage
• Driving license
• You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.

Tasks:

• Perform metal structure repairs on aircraft and aircraft components, following maintenance repair instructions with precision.
• Assess damages in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, including the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
• Manufacture repair parts such as angles, profiles, and doublers from sheet metal materials, ensuring quality repairs directly on aircraft.
• Repair structural components, including stiffeners, brackets, and webs, to maintain aircraft integrity.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on various aircraft components as outlined in the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), including pilot seats, baby bassinets, and onboard wheelchairs for our Airbus fleet.
• Implement service bulletins (SBs) of all types on aircraft and components to enhance performance and safety.
• Manage AOG (Aircraft on Ground) repairs efficiently under time constraints to minimize downtime.
• Participate in maintenance activities during C-Check seasons on our Airbus fleet.
