ALG is currently seeking an Avionic Technical Services Engineer and/or B2 LAME with previous Technical Services experience on behalf of our aviation client at Perth Airport. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the aviation industry and explore various career pathways.
This role is offered as a short-term contract for 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- B2 CASA Licence or previous technical experience
- Ideally, experience working with A320 or F100 aircraft
- Recent industry experience
- Background in line/heavy aircraft maintenance
- Ability to obtain a red ASIC and complete a security background check
- Willingness to undergo Drug and Alcohol Screening and Hearing Tests
- Full compliance with all work rules and regulations
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of aircraft technical management principles
- Preferably, experience with Fokker 100 or a Part 66 License
- Extensive knowledge of airworthiness compliance regulations
- High computer literacy
- Self-motivation, initiative, and strong organizational skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A proven ability to work effectively within a high-performing team
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
