We are excited to be recruiting a Shift leader to join one of our Clients on a permanent basis in Malta!Responsibilities:<ul><li>To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated / promoted and implemented within the Organisation.</li><li>To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual.</li><li>Lead assigned team as per Bay Manager advice (resources).</li></ul>On daily basis:<ul><li>Dispatch available resources to achieve milestone's plan targets.</li><li>Review project KPIs and take necessary corrective actions (if needed).</li><li>Review completion of checklists (Shift Leader, Sections) and take corrective actions if needed.</li><li>Perform 5S walk through each section and in the assigned office.</li><li>Perform quality spot checks on removed parts (tagging, storage, protection) and current work.</li><li>Review Matrix system and ensure on time update.</li><li>Provide clear status of whole aircraft maintenance check to the Bay Manager.
