Job Summary <ul><li>Represent the Head of Training in enacting instructor standardization policies.</li><li>Conduct spot checks and promote compliance and safety culture in collaboration with the Safety Action Group.</li><li>Align instructor development with global CAE policies and ensure adherence to NAA standards.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities Standardization &amp; Compliance <ul><li>Lead the FTO's standardization plan, ensuring all flight and simulator instruction complies with CAE policies and global aviation authority (NAA) regulations (e.g., EASA, UK CAA, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority).</li><li>Develop and enforce standardization policies in collaboration with the Head of Training (HoT).</li><li>Act as a key liaison between operations, training managers, and global FTO networks to ensure alignment on training quality and compliance.</li></ul> Instructor Training &amp; Development <ul><li>Oversee the design, quality, and compliance of instructor training programs, including initial, recurrent, and remedial training.</li><li>Collaborate with the Training Design team to ensure all instructor training materials meet regulatory and CAE standards.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in instructor training through innovative courseware and training techniques.</li></ul> Recruitment &amp; Performance Management <ul><li>Define and implement recruitment processes to attract the best instructor talent with technical and non-technical expertise.</li><li>Monitor instructor performance to ensure delivery of training to the highest standards, conducting on-site evaluations and targeted retraining as needed.</li><li>Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the instructor team.</li></ul> Qualifications Education &amp; Licenses <ul><li>Hold a valid EASA &amp; UK CAA ATPL license with associated ratings or certificates issued under Part-FCL.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications preferred.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Experience <ul><li>Minimum flight hours as per EASA, UK, and Qatar NAA regulations and CAE requirements.</li><li>Extensive experience training Ab Initio cadets for professional pilot licenses, including Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC).</li><li>Certification as an EASA FCL FE or UK CAA FCL FE; other NAA approvals are a plus.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience managing instructor training at an Approved Training Organization (ATO).</li><li>Proven experience interacting with regulatory authorities and managing compliance in an aviation training environment.</li></ul> Job Location: This position can be based anywhere in the Europe. Chief Flight Instructor - FSTD

Fly 7 is a charter &amp; aircraft management company and offers a full management solution for Pilatus owners worldwide. Today it is the largest commercial Pilatus PC-12 operator. Fly 7 takes control of the entire aircraft management (Crew, Flights Ops, Maintenance, Accounting) and offers its clients the option to charter their aircraft as a way of offsetting some of the costs of ownership or generating net profit. FLY7 ATO is looking for his/her Chief Flight Instructor. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. He/She will be responsible for instructor supervision, pedagogical material development, implementation and monitoring of FLY7 ATO standards and ensuring compliance with demanding aviation regulations and policies. Chief Flight Instructor

Job Description: Accountabilities The supervision and standardization of the flight instructors in Airbus Singapore Training Centre, except Theoretical Knowledge Instructors, in accordance with Airbus Flight Crew Training Organization Manual A60.0 and other Airbus applicable manuals, processes and documents. Main Activities Manages the local standardization team. Ensures that flight instructors meet the competency requirements as defined in "Airbus Training" standards. Ensures that flight instructor relevant training and/or standardization forms are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures. Proposes specific training as per A60.4 when applicable. Acts as standardization trainer and evaluator. Provides feedback and support to the continuous improvement of the Airbus Flight Crew Training Operations Manual - Personnel Training - A60.4. Reports to the Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) of the Worldwide ATO in regards to the delegation as local Chief Flight Instructor. Controls and validates the competency management plan of the local instructors of the training centre in coordination with the local Competence Manager. This mission requests a minimum engagement of 3 years. Output The jobholder will ensure flight instructor training, supervision, standardization and competency in compliance with applicable regulations and Airbus policy and processes.
