	<li>​​Ensure full compliance with EASA or applicable regulatory standards and internal policies governing all aspects of flight training, including training program development, instructor qualification, student progression, flight operations, and safety management systems.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>​Take an active part of the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes of flight instructors to build a high-performing and cohesive training team.&nbsp;</li>

	<li>​Identify training needs within the team and implement initiatives to support continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li>

	<li>​Conduct regular quality checks and audits of training activities.&nbsp;</li>

	<li>​​​​Following the instructions of the HT related to the organization of training program development. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>​​Submitting proposals to the HT or CFI related to the effectiveness of training and improvement of training programs. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>​​Performing duties as a supervising instructor while conducting the training: with students, while conducting training.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>​​Deciding on additional training in case the student has not reached the required level of knowledge or skills. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>​​Performing the other temporary tasks raised by the HT or CFI as much as it is related to the ATO’s goals.​&nbsp;</li>
	<li>​Performing duties as a FI, CRI, IRI, STI or MCC(I).​&nbsp;</li>

Senior Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI)

Our people are united by passion for aviation and a desire to ensure efficient training solutions for both pilots and airlines.A comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation.At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain. <h3>Our instructors:</h3>• Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills; • Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs; • Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations; • Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses; • Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
