As a division of Signature Aviation, Signature TECHNIC Air EMEA operates a full service, CAA &amp; EASA certified Part 145 Repair Station at Bournemouth airport, in conjunction with strategically positioned mobile service units based at Farnborough and Luton airports that serve a wide range of capabilities, across the UK and Europe. Your new role: <ul><li>Provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support to our customers.</li><li>Carry out all maintenance tasks to the highest standards in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure maintenance documentation is accurately completed ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.</li><li>Liaise with customers, manufacturers support representatives, regulatory authorities' representatives, company management and company support teams as required.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality to both external and internal customers.</li></ul> About you: <ul><li>You hold a CAA CAT A Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License</li><li>Business jet experience preferred but not essential.</li><li>Possessing a full UK driving license, you have the unrestricted ability to travel as needed.</li><li>Demonstrating a strong passion for providing excellent customer service is crucial for you.</li><li>You are adept at planning and prioritizing effectively, ensuring efficient task management.</li><li>Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, enabling you to convey information clearly.</li><li>With a keen sense of diligence and high levels of integrity, you consistently demonstrate professionalism.</li><li>Your self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision are notable strengths.
