This position will require you to travel to the operation's origin and primarily work as a flying loadmaster, but it can require occasional ground-based duty. As such you will supervise and direct the loading / unloading of all types of customer (commercial / military) cargo on our B-767 aircraft during our contract flying operations. Role Description: Participate as a non-rated crew member on approved missions flown in support of a CONUS US Government contract as instructor for Non-Rated Crew Members Standardization. Responsible for accomplishing all required Load Master, non-rated crew member duties in accordance with policies and procedures. Perform duties under the supervision of the Pilot-Command to include but are not limited to, aircraft configuration changes to support alternate missions, aircraft cargo, personnel loading and unloading operations and passenger safety briefings. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Perform non-rated crewmember duties in accordance with aircrew training program requirements. </li> <li> Plan and perform airdrop operations. </li> <li> Plan and perform loading and unloading activities, compute the center-of-gravity position and ensure it is within prescribed limits at all times. </li> <li> Ensure the cargo compartment is properly configured for each mission. </li> <li> Verify and maintain a manifest for cargo and or personnel. </li> <li> Supervise and participate in loading and unloading operations. </li> <li> Ensure cargo and passengers are properly restrained. </li> <li> Confirm security of cargo and passengers as necessary. </li> <li> Supervise passengers during routine and emergency operations. </li> <li> Report any malfunction, maintenance, or safety concern to the Pilot-in-Command. </li> <li> Perform emergency procedure actions as required by applicable directives and or the Pilot-in-Command. </li> <li> Perform aircraft servicing duties including fueling operations, aircraft configuration changes as required. </li> <li> Position requires a U.S. Security Clearance. </li> <li> Perform routine OCONUS travel and within CONUS travel as required. </li> <li> Perform other duties as assigned. </li> </ul> Qualifications Basic Qualifications : <ul> <li> High School Diploma or GED. </li> <li> 1 year of experience as an instructor crewmember. </li> <li> FAA Airframe and Power Plant Mechanics License. </li> <li> Current FAA Class III Medical Certificate. </li> <li> AOCF 1A, 2X1 Aircraft Loadmaster AFSC series or another military or commercial equivalent. </li> <li> Minimum of 650 flight hours as a FW Loadmaster or Flight Engineer. </li> <li> A minimum of 3 years loadmaster experience on multi-engine fixed wing aircraft is required. </li> <li> English, Spanish Level L-2, R-2 required in LATAM Programs </li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li> It is desired that the employee has worked full-time as a loadmaster for the past 12 months. </li> <li> Graduate of the US Army Flight Instructor Course. </li> <li> Full-time as a load master and A and P mechanic for the past 12 months. </li> <li> Prior load master experience with Pratt &amp; Whitney PT-6 engines and Hamilton Standard propeller systems. </li> </ul> OCONUS: <ul> <li> Ability to pass physical screening </li> <li> Passport with 18 months remaining </li> <li> LATAM positions require Level 2 Spanish </li> <li> Willing to relocate. </li> </ul> Compensation and Benefits: <ul> <li> Salaried Position. </li> <li> 90/30 Rotation schedule and a 48 hours week work schedule. </li> <li> Competitive salary and bonus package. </li> <li> Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage. </li> <li> 401(k) retirement plan with company match. </li> <li> Professional development and career advancement opportunities </li> </ul> AAR is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. WASS Loadmaster Fl Eng FW (SI)

Overview Travels to off-line stations and performs and/or supervises contract personnel's performance of duties relating to the loading/unloading of aircraft and cargo handling. Ensures that aircraft and cargo handling meet all company and governmental policies and regulations and that customers receive quality service. Responsibilities <ul><li>Monitors and/or performs aircraft loading/unloading, aircraft movement, employee and contractor safety, HAZMAT placement and reporting and pallet build-up. Identifies and rectifies problems.</li><li>Analyzes necessary information to determine load plans.</li><li>Complies information and calculates weight and balance.</li><li>Reviews cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and corrects inaccurate and/or incomplete information. Communicates serious or recurring issues to management.</li><li>Maintains current passport and travels to off-line stations.</li><li>Ensures safety of company aircraft and crews by:</li><li>preventing aircraft damage;</li><li>ensuring proper loading, including nets and locks;</li><li>ensuring HAZMAT is handled correctly, including loading and paperwork.</li><li>Develops and distributes load plans.</li><li>Determines aircraft weight and balance.</li><li>Adheres to and ensures that contractors adhere to company and governmental safety and other applicable regulations and procedures.</li><li>Performs tasks and ensures that personnel at off-line stations perform tasks for aircraft to arrive and depart as scheduled.</li><li>Runs main deck controls for aircraft loading/unloading of cargo.</li><li>Monitors contract personnel's compliance with pallets/nets/straps procedures and ensures that appropriate number of pallets/nets/straps are returned.</li><li>Completes and/or maintains company reports, messages, files, logs and forms and ensures that necessary paperwork (e.g. Customs) is completed.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>High school or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Applies understanding of aircraft positions and heights and aircraft weight limitations.</li><li>Applies comprehensive knowledge of operating equipment.</li><li>Knows and adheres to company operating and safety policies, operations, processes and procedures appropriate to the job.</li><li>Understands and uses air freight and flight terminology and processes.</li><li>Airline cargo and ground handling experience is required.</li><li>Airline weight and balance is required.</li><li>Proof of IATA/ICAO hazardous material experience is required.</li></ul> Salary Range: $51,500- $69,000 Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
