Safety is intrinsic to everything we do.As a Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) Instructor at Cathay, you will deliver essential MCC training to cadets and direct entry pilots, focusing on teamwork and communication in multi-crew settings. Under the supervision of a qualified mentor assigned by the Simulator Training Manager, you will observe and teach, enhancing your instructional skills.
