Your main duties and responsibilities are:<ul><li>Build various (engine) wiring harnesses that are used in different aircraft platforms;</li><li>Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units;</li><li>Label assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications;</li><li>Length measurement wiring breakouts;</li><li>Soldering-tinning wire, splices, (lap/hook) connections;</li><li>Perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly;</li><li>Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures;</li><li>Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Client;</li><li>Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.</li></ul>Luggage<ul><li>Several years of experience as a wiring operator / avionics engineer (minimum of 1 year experience within a wiring production surrounding);</li><li>Ability to comprehend assembly drawings or written work instructions, and wire lists;</li><li>Good visual perception and ability to distinguish between colors;</li><li>Must be able to obtain measurements from tools such as measuring tapes, scales, etc.;</li><li>Must be able to crimp terminals/contacts onto wires using manual and automated tooling;</li><li>Familiar with basic hand tools, cutters (dykes) wire strippers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, heat gun;</li><li>Must be able to read, write and communicate in English;</li><li>Knowledge of computer operations and applications pertinent to the position;</li><li>The ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential;</li><li>Understanding of Lean Principles is preferred.</li></ul>Further information<ul><li>Starting date: As soon as possible;</li><li>Type of contract: employee base (or contractor base, only for European citizens);</li><li>Duration: depending on availability, we aim on at least 12 months, shorter periods are negotiable if required;</li><li>If you are not a contractor/possibility for employees: permanent contract after 12 months;</li><li>Excellent salary conditions;</li><li>Housing: if requested arranged by WFS PRO;</li><li>Remark: Experienced British contractors can also apply, we offer possibility to work as a knowledge employee in the Netherlands.</li></ul>JourneyWith almost 2400 employees, GKN Fokker Elmo is part of GKN Aerospace and stands for a high level of quality, innovation and excellent performance. WIRING OPERATORS (Loom Builders)

RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Ensure maintenance records are accurately filled out by aircraft crew and maintenance providers, and collected in a timely manner;</li><li>Monitor and update Minimum Equipment List (MEL) and Configuration Deviation List (CDL) related documentation to ensure flight safety and regulatory compliance;</li><li>Assist in managing daily activities related to maintaining aircraft airworthiness;</li><li>Track the status of aircraft, including active defects, and ensure relevant entities are informed and lists are updated;</li><li>Communicate with maintenance organization and CAMO Subcontractor organizations for completed or planned maintenance, documentation recording, together with solving occurred problems;</li><li>Continuously interact and coordinate with maintenance and procurement/logistics specialists regarding fleet status and maintenance schedule;</li><li>Provide support to MCC Engineers in creating appropriate recovery plans in case of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations;</li><li>Collect data for reliability reports and ensure implementation of report conclusions, if applicable;</li><li>Provide support to the Direct Manager and Maintenance Control Engineer in their tasks.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>​Bachelors or higher non-university aviation engineering/mechanic education and experience in aviation-related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management is considered as an advantage;</li><li>​Boeing 737 CL or/and NG gen fam is considered as an advantage;</li><li>Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written);</li><li>Good analytical and communication skills;</li><li>Cooperation and ability to work in a team;</li><li>​Able to understand OEM documents: AIPC; AMM; CMM; etc.;</li><li>Experience in procurement and/or logistics would be considered an advantage;</li><li>​Be flexible regarding working time (if required).</li></ul>WE OFFER:<ul><li>An interesting and challenging position within an international company in a fast-moving and fascinating aviation industry;</li><li>Opportunities to further grow and develop in the exciting and growing aviation company;</li><li>Opportunity to improve and constantly acquire new knowledge (participation in training, seminars);</li><li>Possibility to implement innovative ideas and solutions;</li><li>Additional Health insurance according to the company policy;</li><li>Free gym in the office;</li><li>Free childcare zone;</li><li>Other benefits from Avia Solutions Group.</li></ul>The final salary is a matter of agreement as it depends on the experience and competencies of the candidate.
