We are excited to be recruiting a Shift leader to join one of our Clients on a permanent basis in Malta!Responsibilities:<ul><li>To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated / promoted and implemented within the Organisation.</li><li>To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained, and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual.</li><li>Lead assigned team as per Bay Manager advice (resources).</li></ul>On daily basis:<ul><li>Dispatch available resources to achieve milestone's plan targets.</li><li>Review project KPIs and take necessary corrective actions (if needed).</li><li>Review completion of checklists (Shift Leader, Sections) and take corrective actions if needed.</li><li>Perform 5S walk through each section and in the assigned office.</li><li>Perform quality spot checks on removed parts (tagging, storage, protection) and current work.</li><li>Review Matrix system and ensure on time update.</li><li>Provide clear status of whole aircraft maintenance check to the Bay Manager. Highlight any issue related to but not limited to safety, quality, resources, parts, check progress.</li><li>Lead Level 1 meeting(s), Participate to Level 2 meeting and update project board (as per requirement).</li><li>Assist the Bay Manager during customer meeting (if needed).</li><li>Update handover forms as per internal procedure.</li><li>Perform "Compliance Standards Checklist" on work being performed at least 1 time per week.</li><li>Prepare and provide the Daily Ground Time Reports (DGR).</li><li>Completion of CRS at the end of the Maintenance check.</li><li>Manage Vacation Leaves and short-term absence (BH) for the ongoing maintenance check.</li><li>Execute any other task commensurate with the role.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Part 145 Base Maintenance Organisation.</li><li>Be eligible for a C-Certifying authorisation according to the company's Quality Management system.</li><li>Good Communication skills, must be fluent in English</li><li>Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA Part 145, Part 147, Part 66, Part 21, Part M).</li><li>Excellent Leadership skills with a can-do attitude</li></ul>This is a rare opportunity to join and lead a fantastic team in a beautiful location!Apply today for full details!Shift Leader

Your qualifications and key criteria<ul>
