Responsibilities: <ul><li>Enforce all Transport Canada policies/procedures to ensure compliance with PAL Airlines and Air Operator standards.</li><li>Demonstrate and explain emergency protocols to ensure passenger safety throughout flights.</li><li>Communicate important flight information and updates to all passengers and crew. </li><li>Deliver high quality customer service standards throughout all phases of the travel experience.</li><li>Assist with the resolution of unexpected operational challenges and passenger concerns.</li><li>Successfully work both independently and within a team to fulfil operational needs.</li><li>Represent PAL Airlines with professionalism and respect to all travelers.</li><li>Provide first aid and medical assistance when required.</li></ul> Why work for PAL Airlines?
