A320 Captain - Fixed-Term Limited Contract UAE (Pakistan)

We have an exciting opportunity to share from our group company, Fly Jinnah - Pakistan's newest airline. We are currently seeking skilled A320 Type-rated pilots to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

Contract Specification: Only open for eligible foreign nationals.

Contract Duration:

15-months fixed period contract renewable on mutual agreement for further period.

Approx 3 months initial training in UAE, where you will be obtaining GCAA (UAE) licence, followed by 12 months of flying duties in Pakistan on validation.

Work Experience:

• He/she must have completed a minimum of 4000 hours of flying an aircraft,
• A minimum of 800 hours as PIC on Airbus 320 is required.
• Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations.
• Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
• Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High accuracy and attention to both results and details.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary During the Initial Training:

During the Training period (Until the Final Line Check) you will be paid AED 20,199 (Equivalent to US$5,500) (Net Salary) / per month (Pro-rated for the part of the month) plus Per diem.

• Monthly Salary after Training / Final Line Check: (For Up to 60 Block hours in a month)

AED 27,544 (Equivalent to US$ 7,500) / per month (Net Salary) plus Per Diem

• Flying pay above 60 block hours in a month:

Every block hour above 60 Block hours in a month will be paid @ AED. 404 (Equivalent to US$ 110)

• Per Diem:

AED 184 (Equivalent of US$ 50) per day (On an average of US$ 1,500 per month), will be paid towards food and other miscellaneous expenses.

Accommodation:

You will be provided with suitable hotel accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the base of operation and layover stations for the full duration of the contract. In addition, personal laundry at the Hotel – 4 pieces of clothes per day.

Transportation:

You will be provided with suitable ground transportation from Accommodation to and from Airports/Office for all rostered flight duties.

Travel:

• The company shall arrange and pay for economy class tickets at the commencement and end of the contract along with up to 50 kilos of baggage allowance.
• Unlimited standby tickets on Air Arabia group network during the contract period.
• After completion of 6 months, you will be eligible for MYID travel benefits.

Uniforms / Laundry:

You will be provided with uniforms and laundry service for the duration of the contract.

Roster & Day off:

• You are entitled to 30 calendar days of Annual Leave Vacation (ALV) per completed year of service (accruing at 2.5 days per month).
• Paid vacation is granted following the successful completion of initial training and Line Flying release in the UAE, and upon the start of regular rostered flying duties in Pakistan.
• Your paid vacation days will be combined with rostered OFF days each month, guaranteeing a minimum of seven consecutive free-of-duty days (Paid Vacation + OFF days) per month.
