The primary duty of an aircraft seat upholster is to upholster, repair, and refurbish seats in aircraft cabins.  This involves removing old upholstery, repairing or replacing damaged foam or padding, and installing new fabric or leather covers.

Upholstering requires precision and attention to detail. Upholsters must accurately measure, cut, and sew fabric or leather to ensure a perfect fit and smooth finish.  They should also be skilled in working with specialized tools and machinery.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that the finished seats meet the required standards of appearance, comfort, and safety.  They may need to make adjustments or repairs as necessary before final installation.

East Coast Aircraft is looking for a long term team member to continue to grow our business.
