Join our team as an Airworthiness Review Staff and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our fleet. You'll leverage your expertise in airworthiness reviews and regulatory compliance to make a tangible impact while working on cutting-edge aircraft like the A320 and B737 Max. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct airworthiness review activities, including detailed review of aircraft records and physical surveys.
  • Issue Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) or recommendations in compliance with regulations, national authority requirements, and company procedures.
  • Extend the validity of ARCs and manage the ARC status of the company fleet.
  • Resolve all findings in collaboration with MROs, Lessors, and relevant stakeholders before issuing or extending ARCs.
  • Perform compliance audits and aircraft inspections as assigned by the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
  • Participate in aircraft transitions, including phase-in/phase-out and import/export processes related to ARCs.
  • Liaise with aviation authorities as required to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Train, educate, and mentor new employees on ARC-related processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in continuing airworthiness and airworthiness reviews.
  • Part-66 license (B or C), aeronautical degree, or 5 additional years of relevant experience.
  • Training in A320 and B737Max aircraft types.
  • Strong knowledge of EASA regulations and completion of Part-M, CAMO, Part-145, HF, FTS, EWIS, and SMS training.
  • Auditor training and compliance certifications.
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Flexibility with working hours, responsibilities, and travel.
  • Willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvements within the business.
