ALG is presenting an exceptional contract opportunity for skilled and passionate Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical) to become part of our client's operations in Amberley.

Our client, a prominent global figure in aerospace and defence technology, offers an engaging workplace and competitive compensation. This 6-month casual contract position, starting immediately, offers full-time hours from Monday to Thursday.

Part of the Duties and Responsibilities, will be:

• Working on C-27J Program
• Perform maintenance tasks and assist in identifying spares, tools and facilities requirements
• Work as part of allocated team and deliver aircraft on time and within budget
• Continuously audit Tools; FOD and Aeronautical Product control
• Perform Periodical Checks within approved AMO capability

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical)
• Ability to successfully undergo a comprehensive security background check
• Proficiency in heavy maintenance
• Australian full working rights
• Prior experience in defence is highly advantageous

Successful candidates must either reside locally or be open to relocation and possess eligibility to work in Australia.
