Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.
Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?
- Develop, manage and control Aircraft Maintenance Program.
- Ensure AMP compliance to the relevant aviation authorities, TCH/OEM regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in aircraft delivery/redelivery process in the field of responsibility.
- Participate in the analysis of the effectiveness of the AMP for continuous improvement of aircraft scheduled maintenance.
- Incorporate company originated tasks and modifications maintenance inspections requirements into AMP.
- Update information in Maintenance Management Information System.
- Provide support to Reliability Engineers.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Aeronautical university degree or equivalent.
- At least two years of work experience in EASA PART-CAMO/PART-M and/or EASA PART-145 organizations.
- Experience and knowledge of Airbus A320 family aircraft.
- Motivation, willingness to learn, and agility.
- Readiness to travel.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
