As an Area Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing passenger revenue across a specific set of markets that make up 30% of Air Baltic network. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing targeted pricing strategies, guiding a talented team of Revenue and Pricing Analysts, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure we meet and exceed our revenue goals.

We will entrust you to
- Utilize targeted actions, pricing strategies, and revenue management tools to maximize passenger revenue across a specified set of markets
- Lead a team of Revenue and Pricing Analysts to deliver on strategic goals, ensuring targets such as RASK, load factors, and ticket yields are achieved
- Develop and execute route pricing and steering strategies that align with market demands and revenue objectives
- Monitor demand patterns, ensure competitiveness, and propose network adjustments to optimize revenue
- Work closely with the Revenue Management leadership, Network Planning, Sales/Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure alignment and results
- Initiate targeted sales and marketing actions based on data-driven insights to drive revenue
- Provide input into the revenue
What you will need to succeed
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in Revenue Management within the airline industry, with a track record of driving successful revenue growth and hands-on experience working with Revenue Management Systems (RMS)
- A deep understanding of airline commercial and business principles, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and optimizing performance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and insights effectively
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and fostering collaboration across departments
