
Cabin Crew Base Supervisor for Air Atlanta Europe
First2 Resource partner company Airborne Personnel is looking for a Cabin Crew Base Supervisor on behalf of our client Air Atlanta Europe.

As Cabin Crew Base Supervisor, you will lead and manage a large team of cabin crew, with responsibility for providing guidance and support to team members. Responsible for driving crew engagement, managing performance, and overseeing workflow, quality and compliance, and developing and building Cabin Crew operations alignment to company culture.
Role Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cabin operations management position
• Holds a Cabin Crew qualification / Cabin Crew Attestation
• Experience in a customer focus role
• Collaborative approach to reaching satisfactory outcomes across departments
• Flexible approach to adapting to situations
• Fluency in the English Language
• Advanced Microsoft Products / computer Skills
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate evolving situations and tasks simultaneously
• Understanding Company policies and procedures
• Good understanding of Diversity and the ability to excel in multicultural environments
Main Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate clear leadership and understanding of efficient working practices and actively promote within the working environment
• Management of policies and processes contained in the Cabin Crew SEP and Policy Handbooks (ensuring compliance with Employee Handbook policies)
• Coordinate the departmental relationship and interaction with Cabin Department to ensure consistency of Company approach to employee relations, and alignment to Company practices
• Issue Memorandums and policy handbooks in coordination with Manager Cabin as may be relevant to the operation
• Manage the departmental administrative support functions
• Conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management
• Developing employee skills and performance through counsel and coaching
• Friendly, approachable, keen to support your colleagues and the Company wherever possible. You will take pride in delivering a high level of customer service and be willing and able to adapt to change
• Carry out other duties as delegated by Manager Cabin

• 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
• Working hours: 10:00 to 18:00 per day, 5 days a week
