Mission
As Cabin Crew Member, you are the perfect host for our passengers on board the aircraft. You recognize our passengers' wishes at a glance and know how to give excellent service. You are also responsible for the cabin safety on board and apply company and Belgian Civil Aviation Authority procedures rigorously.
Profile Requirements
Training plan
After a positive selection, you will be added to our reserve list. As soon as our training courses for season 2025 have been scheduled, you will be assigned to one of the trainings, depending on the number of available seats and your own availability.
Our Ab Initio training takes 8 to 9 weeks, our Direct Entry training for experienced candidates takes 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive a temporary contract at Brussels Airlines as soon as you successfully completed the training.

- You consistently arrive at work on time for the pre-flight briefing, fully prepared and adhering to company procedures and grooming standards.
- You ensure passengers to receive the highest possible standard of safety, service and customer care
- You attend all necessary company training
Profile Requirements
- You have reached the age of 18 by the time the training starts
- You have excellent language skills in all three languages: English, French and Dutch, any other language is an asset
- You are able to provide a copy of your diploma (minimum A2)
- You are punctual, discrete, friendly and a good listener
- You empathize with passengers and can keep a cool head at all times
- You are willing to work in an irregular working pattern and during the weekend
- You have a natural interest in different cultures and you are willing to work on our short-haul and long-haul network.
- You are able to swim at least 25 meters
- You are compliant with the EASA medical requirements
- You are willing to wear our uniform with pride and strictly adhere to the internal style guide, including the rule that visible tattoos on the face, head, neck, and hands are not allowed.
