- Attend cabin crew Initial Course of Training Operations Center, approved by Authority and pass the exam of each course, route train and line check.
- The cabin crew trainee shall comply of safety regulations and instructions, act to rules of the Operations Manual and/or as directed by the PIC/ICC and instructor/inspector.
- When assigned to flight duty, cabin crew trainee will report any irregularities, which they observe and which are related to safety, to the PIC, normally through the ICC under supervision of instructor. When they consider the matter is urgent, the cabin crew shall report directly to the PIC.
Duties / Responsibilities
- The delivery in highest level of quality, safety, security and service in performing cabin crew tasks with adherence to SOP as having been trained which they engage to be responsible for observing, following and supporting established safety, security, service and quality management policies practices, procedures and operational requirements.
- Report to the PIC any fault, failure, malfunction or defect which may affect the airworthiness or safe operations of the aircraft including any situation that appears unusual, endangered, or could have endangered, the safety of operations.
- Acknowledged of all updated information, procedures and other essential information necessary for the safe conduct of a flight before each pre-flight briefing and operations and shall comply with any amended and/or new procedure that has been issued.
- Be responsible for tracking information of company and department on all related topics such as new rules, laws, regulations and procedure via company communication channels.
- Under supervision of the instructor/ inspector, receipt and acknowledge information given by the flight crew including liaison between passengers and the flight crew.
- Be qualified in all mandatory training held by Cabin Crew Training Section.
- Perform assigned flight duty according to flight schedule issued by Crew Scheduling Section and when required in case of inadequate of cabin crew to retain status under flight regulations.
- Verify that the cabin crew members are fit for the flight, well-groomed and not under influence of alcohol or psychoactive drug and that they have their documents for flight duty.If not, report to officer-cabin crew briefing (During pre-flight briefing session at BAOC area) and/or PIC (During duty outside BAOC area) immediately for cabin crew removal from duty.
- Provide optimum comfort, service and informations needed to the passengers including maintain the cleanliness of cabin, galley and toilet.
Duties / Responsibilities (Additional)
- Provide first aids to the passenger who get injured or sick during the flight and report according to the procedures.
- Assist passenger in case of unusual and emergency situation happened during the flight.
- Be a good representative and professional image of cabin crew when in public view, while on duty or during layover at non home-based stations for mannerism, conversation and grooming.
- Sell and examine the selling Paradise Shopping or other in-flight sales and deliver the revenue to the related division within timeframe.
- Report in case of any irregularities concerning safety, security, service and etc. issues through IQSMS (Integrated Quality and Safety Management System and if important and urgent, report the superiors must be conducted immediately.
- Report in case there are any complaints of cabin crew performance to departments concerned upon request within timeframe.
- Collect information of passengers' satisfaction and suggestions about passengers' service and inform to Cabin Crew Operations Division for considering and improving the service quality.
- Perform assigned duties from In-charge cabin crew and report any incidents or problems occurred during flight to In-charge cabin crew.
- Develop and support to ensure that department's performance would accord with the quality management system QMS, SMS and SeMS.
