CAMO Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAMO Engineer to join our clients team in Central Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of their fleet, managing all aspects of Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and standards.
• Manage the aircraft maintenance program, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, maintenance organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze aircraft performance data to ensure optimal fleet performance.
• Develop and manage budgets for CAMO activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of airworthiness professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CAMO role within the aviation industry.
• Proven experience working with the B737 NG.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CAMO software and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Slovak is an advantage.
