Job Description:

As a B737 Captain with AirExplore, an ACMI provider, you will lead our flight operations to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo. Operating both scheduled and charter flights, you will work alongside our experienced crew to deliver a seamless and secure flight experience. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining the safety, reliability, and comfort of our valued passengers while fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders such as Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Command scheduled flights on B737 aircraft.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and operational excellence in all flight operations.
• Lead and collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure passenger well-being.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with Air Traffic Control and Ground Operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Utilize iPad for in-flight operations and documentation.

Information about the Selection Process:

Candidates must possess the legal right to work and live in the EU. Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory, with reimbursement available upon provision of a valid receipt. Applications should include a CV in English with a photo attached.

Requirements for the Position:

Education:

• Secondary with school-leaving examination.
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education.
• University education (Bachelor's degree).
• University education (Master's degree).

Professional Requirements:

• Valid EASA ATPL License with a minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command on B737 aircraft.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum.
• Experience working with iPad during flight operations.
• Clean accident and incident record.

Personality Requirements and Skills:

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Salary up to 110 000€/annualy.
