Cargo Operations Administration Specialist

Provide administrative support to the Cargo Operations Managers. The ideal candidate will be a team player with meticulous work standards, possess basic project management skills, be able to multitask and have exemplary interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of ULD matters (ULD-Control)
- Monitor and share the daily ULD situation at FRA and OL-Stations
- Remind our customers to return ULDs
- Request ULDs in case of shortage
- Taking care of transferring OA-ULDs including documentation (UCR, ULD-system input)
- Taking care of daily tasks (calls, statistic)
- Collect information's
- Share information's with Managers/Staff
- Pre investigations in case of fails (SIMS, QOR, local fails)
- Collect and share information's
- Flight file
- Taking pictures
- Asking staff in charge
- Collect and share information's
- Handling of all shift schedules
- Warehouse
- Office
- ADP input
- Vacation planning
- Changes in case of sick leave
- Being in close contact with HR and staff
- Warehouse check
- Missing cargo
- Cargo damage report
- Daily workplace inspection
- Order service in case of equipment fail (forklift, tractor, etc.)
- Support for ad-hoc projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in providing administrative support and affinity for numbers
- Experience with the Power BI-APP
- Familiarity with rostering and manpower planning tasks
- Familiarity with the airline industry is considered an asset
- Sound knowledge and proficiency of computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills: planning, priority setting and managing through systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: problem solving, customer focused, approachability
- A very high degree of diplomacy, discretion, professional maturity and judgement
- Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
