Fly 7 takes control of the entire aircraft management (Crew, Flights Ops, Maintenance, Accounting) and offers its clients the option to charter their aircraft as a way of offsetting some of the costs of ownership or generating net profit.
FLY7 ATO is looking for his/her Chief Flight Instructor. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. He/She will be responsible for instructor supervision, pedagogical material development, implementation and monitoring of FLY7 ATO standards and ensuring compliance with demanding aviation regulations and policies.

FLY7 ATO is looking for his/her Chief Flight Instructor. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. He/She will be responsible for instructor supervision, pedagogical material development, implementation and monitoring of FLY7 ATO standards and ensuring compliance with demanding aviation regulations and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Commander of an aircraft under FLY7 commercial operation.
- Supervises and standardizes flight and flight simulation instruction and instructors.
- Develops and implements instructor training and refresher programs.
- Supervises the execution of safe and effective training, analyses the teaching capabilities and competence of the instructors to ensure and improve the knowledge transfer during training activities.
- Develops material and ensure pedagogical continuity between theorical courses and flight training.
- Be responsible for the processing, storing and filling of all documents and records according to the provisions of the management system.
- Records and analyses any occurrences and deviations from the standards and ensures corrective and preventive action within the organisation.
- Promotes corporate culture of safety and compliance, in a positive environment.
- Manages and plans continuous education and career development of his subordinates.
Profile:
- CPL (A) with instructor qualification.
- Proven experience as pilot and instructor in multi pilot environment.
- Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German speaker is a plus.
- PILATUS PC12 experience is a plus.
- Examiner is a plus.
