Commercial & Materials Coordinator

ALG has a great opportunity for a Commercial & Materials Coordinator to join a well-established commercial organisation based at Tullamarine Airport working in their component maintenance shop. The position will give the successful candidate the chance to get hands on exposure and the opportunity to work in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial coordinator role within a relevant industry to aviation. This contract offers a Monday to Friday shift pattern. The shift time would be from 0700 to 1530 with the opportunity for OT.

This role is for 6 months with potential for further extension based on operational need.

To be considered, you will require the following:

• Relevant industry experience in Aviation (desirable).
• Intermediate IT skills.
• Business degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience in analysing supplier performance.
• Strong aptitude for technical and compliance related work.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and adhere to all safety requirements.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Willingness to undergo a full security clearance process.
• Willingness to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Demonstrate full compliance with all work rules and regulations.
