Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) Structures & Components

We are currently looking for a Compliance Verification Engineer (Structures & Components)for a DOA in Madrid.

Requirements

Aeronautical technical qualification.

Professional experience in commercial aircraft base maintenance MRO centre.

Minimum 8 years of related experience.

Familiar with Airbus and Boeing technical documentation.

Strong leadership skills and experience coordinating work teams in MRO ideally.

Knowledge of CATIA and structural calculation is highly desirable.

Knowledge of initial and continued airworthiness.

Knowledge of DOA methodologies.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

EU Passport / Right to work and live in Spain.

Tasks

Direct report to the Head of DOA and Operations Director.

Coordinate a team of 5 – 10 junior engineers receiving minor repair requests from the customer.

Advise the team the elaboration and validation of technical reports.

Supervise the preparation of DOA documentation to justify the approval of minor structural and component modifications.

Review and approve as CVE the minor approvals requested by the client.
