Crew Commander:
The BVI Airport Authority RFFS unit is seeking candidates for the position of Crew Commander.
The interested person should have a minimum of (5) five years' experience as a Fire-Fighter and must be certified in crush fire rescue operations.
Personnel should have also completed supervisor training as a leading fire-fighter.
Other attributes and responsibilities may include:
1. Good general attitude towards work.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Ability to command respect from his/her subordinates.
5. Basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate well in written form.
6. Sound knowledge of OTARS 140 and other related documents that support the RFFS.
7. Ability to resolve conflicts that may arise within the unit.
8. Other primary duties and responsibilities as it relates to the job description.
