We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fare and Distribution Coordinator, who will play a crucial role in supporting our Pricing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fare-related information is up-to-date, accurate, and efficiently distributed. We will entrust you to

• Collect and distribute both fare and fare-related data from Pricing Analysts, as well as code fare data into fare distribution and pricing systems
• Ensure fare data accuracy and interfacing with other systems and distribution channels
• Initiate process improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve any fare-related issues within the systems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (IATA) and implement system-offered improvements

What you will need to succeed 

• A detail-oriented personality with precision and a strong sense of responsibility
• Interest in working with systems and coding
• Preferable experience in the airline industry, including basic fare construction, ticketing, and the use of reservation systems
• University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in English language, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
• Flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment
