We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Change Manager in Frankfurt, Germany to lead the transformation of our finance department. This role is pivotal in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across our global finance operations, which encompass over 30 legal entities in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong ;s overall goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience in finance management, with a focus on process improvement and system optimization.
- Expertise in using Sage X3 for finance operations (preferable)
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
