We are seeking for ambitious person to navigate new financed pilot training program called Pilot Runway. It currently operates in Romania, Lithuania, and Slovakia. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:
- Assess and analyze individuals' financial data, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine their financial health and credit eligibility.
- If needed, conduct in-depth interviews with applicants to gather comprehensive financial information.
- Evaluate potential risks associated with financed applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness and risk factors.
- Use financial models and assessment tools to predict future financial behavior and repayment capabilities.
- Oversee the financial application process from initial submission to final approval, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient approval process.
- Make informed decisions on credit approvals, rejections, or modifications based on thorough financial analysis and company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management or other parties.
- Continuously review and improve credit evaluation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial applications, documents, evaluations, and decisions.
- Use data analytics to track loan performance and identify trends or areas for improvement in the evaluation process.
- Maintain and improve a comprehensive reporting system that includes budgeting, creating, following, and tracking of KPIs to ensure financial performance aligns with organizational goals.
- Working according to approved company processes
- Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth process.
- Participating in daily meetings based on Agile principles.
- Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
We dream about a team member who:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial institution working with credit evaluation or loan underwriting.
- Proven track record in project management and handling multiple loan applications simultaneously.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on thorough analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, colleagues and top management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Financial Product development experience would be an advantage.
- Has good skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy.
- Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
- Knows how to manage several complex projects at once.
- Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise.
- Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level.
- Is flexible with good time management skills.
- Has respectful and positive attitude.
