Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to passenger needs and queries promptly.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency equipment usage to passengers.
  • Serve meals and refreshments in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness and order in the cabin.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Manage in-flight concerns or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to maintain a positive team environment.

Requirements
  • Must possess a valid Cabin Crew Attestation or equivalent certification.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with passengers effectively.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations or emergencies.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong customer service focus with a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
