Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers during flights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to passenger needs and queries promptly.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency equipment usage to passengers.
- Serve meals and refreshments in a timely manner while maintaining cleanliness and order in the cabin.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage in-flight concerns or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to maintain a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Cabin Crew Attestation or equivalent certification.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with passengers effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations or emergencies.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred.
