Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns
- Conduct safety checks and demonstrate emergency equipment procedures to passengers
- Assist with passenger boarding and deplaning processes
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or a related field
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
