Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
  • Provide exemplary customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns
  • Conduct safety checks and demonstrate emergency equipment procedures to passengers
  • Assist with passenger boarding and deplaning processes
  • Serve food and beverages to passengers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Respond to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment throughout the flight

Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Fluency in English, and proficiency in at least one additional language is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
