Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries.
  • Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks and briefings.
  • Serve meals and beverages while accommodating special dietary needs.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes.
  • Perform emergency procedures and first aid when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin throughout the flight.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or aviation industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy luggage and endure long periods of standing.
